Channeling Anger into Advocacy. An Activist IncubatorGun violence, racism and the many systemic inequities young BIPOC endure has been a catalyst for justified anger. Yet, those most impacted by these issues have not received the support or guidance to channel that anger into effective advocacy, and organized change. The Anger to Advocacy Activist Incubator (ATA) aims to fill that void. By building up the next generation of directly impacted youth activists, and creating streamlined pathways to leadership in the realm of advocacy. Grounded in intersectional movement strategy, ATA is a peer-led training program and fellowship that encourages youth to use their anger as motivation for action. Sequentially, influencing violence prevention and transformative justice throughout the United States.
